Building the Future with Precision & Care

At NETZE.HOMES, we’re revolutionizing homebuilding by combining advanced technology with sustainable practices. Our process begins with detailed digital blueprints and uses recycled steel-equivalent to about 50 cars for each 2,500-square-foot home. The steel is cold- formed, precision-cut, and meticulously assembled on-site, creating homes that are as durable as they are eco-friendly.

From Concept to Reality

The NETZE.HOMES Process

Advanced Digital Blueprints

Utilizing cutting-edge design software, our homes are meticulously planned with precision and innovation.

Factory Production

The digital blueprints are sent to our factory where the magic begins. Steel recycled from retired automobiles is transformed into the framework of our homes.

Recycled Steel Usage

Each 2,500 square foot home uses steel from approximately 6 cars, ensuring a sustainable and eco-friendly construction process.

Cold Forming Process

The recycled steel is cold-formed and cut into precise pieces, ensuring strength and durability.

Component Assembly

These steel pieces are then assembled into components at our factory, creating the essential parts of the home.

Transportation to Site

The pre-assembled components are trucked out to the home site, ready for construction.

On-Site Assembly

Like a giant set of LEGO pieces, the components are put together on-site, forming the structure of your new NETZE home.
